change mlb guaranteed contracts!

This brings up a good question, why are nearly all baseball contracts 100% gauranteed? In the NFL when someone signs a big deal they always say how much its worth and how much is gauranteed but in baseball the player always gets it all even when you pay 47M for 3 years and end up getting 1 win out of him. The GMs need to come together fix this because its killing a lot of teams.
